      Pros

      ALTA recently became employee-owned. The process has brought out the best in what was already a great workplace with super smart and dedicated people in an interesting industry. Employees feel valued, there is a real commitment to work/life balance, and the pay/benefits are good.

      Cons

      The quality of the free coffee is not the best.

      As an employee-owned company, ALTA hires employees who possess a high level of commitment and genuine interest in delivering a high quality product. Everyone is very supportive and flexible of one another.
