      ALTA is an Awesome place to work and the translation and localization industry.

      Pros

      The staff is great. The culture is awesome. And there is a lot of support from the staff along with flexibility. The best part about this company is that there is a lot of transparency between upper management and staff.

      Cons

      None that I can really think of. I mean, everyone has their own office and the location is great. You work right across the street from a MARTA station and then Lenox Mall. You are not micromanage by anyone and the company culture is relaxed.

      Pros

      My managers have always valued my input at ALTA. I like the work we do there, and feel like we've made a lot of changes and improvements in the time I've been there. I also love that it's an employee-owned company.
