Good company, but has some issues.

Pros

Excellent benefits! They give back to the community and pay real attention to environmental concerns. Very respected within the security industry. If you have the backing of certain members of the senior staff, you will rise quickly.

Cons

Communications needs some work! Moral amongst the med- lower levels needs serious attention. Let's hope that things improve with the change in upper management. Some issues between the Torrance office and the parent company in the UK.

Pros

They have a lot of really good people in support roles. Their have lost of great sales reps who do a really good job.

Cons

Their top leadership is completely out of touch. They have been making management changes at an alarming rate. They make one decision, go in that direction and then completely change their minds a few months later. The CEO has the entire company on egg shells.
