      incompentent management, cut throat environment

      -benefits were good, -monthly celebrations -pay was decent

      Cons

      -overworked -micromanaged -people are fired to cover mistakes of management -coworkers will throw you under the bus to save their jobs -stressful environment due to gossip and rumors -management is incompetent -understaffed and overworked

      I learned a lot and I thought the benefits were good.

      Cons

      Poor management and backstabbing coworkers. The most unprofessional people in the company have management roles. Management that clearly has no idea how to keep good people in the company. Their idea of management is to set employees up to fail, when they decide they don't like them anymore. The company only recognized and rewarded the sales team. Other departments, that worked just as hard, never received rewards or any type of recognition.

      Pros

      Pay was pretty good it was the only reason keeping me there. My direct manager were nice and did not micro manage.

      Cons

      Dead end job with no growth opportunities. Monthly cake for birthdays (unhealthy culture). Too much favoritism and I felt overworked. High turnover.
