Business Outlook
Pros
- I had the ability to work remotely - there were a handful of people who were really good at their role and who were willing to put the time in with you to share knowledge
Cons
- Poor management lack of any direction, training or real care for your career. The UK arm of the business felt segregated and disjointed, teams didn't communicate properly with eachother, the office space was soulless and we were pushed to come in even though there was absolutely no culture. This is the type of business where no matter how hard you work you won't be rewarded or acknowledged.
