My advice not to join

Felt extremely anxious throughout my time at the company due to what I experienced as hostile and unprofessional management. The structure felt unclear and at times bizarre. I often found the environment uncomfortable and toxic, particularly during company speeches with the US team that felt disconnected from the day-to-day reality. Ideas were frequently criticised rather than constructively discussed, and I often felt spoken to in a condescending way. There was no clear role structure, proper training, or clarity around who I reported to, which left me feeling uncertain about expectations and how best to perform in the role.
