Pros

Company has strongly focused on new data center solutions the last few years and that has opened a lot of doors. Closing more and more deals with Fortune 500 companies and up and coming startups shows company is trending up with relevant technology. Strong marketing team and great people make it a brand you can feel proud of. Management places high value on ethics and integrity. Not the usual shark tank you find in sales departments, but people are very supportive of each other.

Cons

Requires you to be really dynamic and technical as the product line is broad so to be successful in sales, you have to really research and understand your customers needs to recommend the right product. Training is sink or swim, but it means only the strong survive. Not gonna lie, this is not a place that you can hide or coast, but with no cap on commission, you can go as far as you push yourself.

Pros

The people working in the Shannon office was the only thing good about working here!

Cons

I would not recommend working for this company, particularly in the Shannon office. While the headquarters in the US portrays an image of success and employee satisfaction, the reality for international branches is far from ideal. The company is family-run, and it’s evident that family members hold the cushiest, highest-paid roles despite lacking the necessary business acumen. This creates a culture where employees feel undervalued and expendable – the epitome of "you're just a number." Despite a team of hardworking individuals putting in long hours and effort to drive the company forward, recognition is non-existent. Instead of appreciation, employees are met with indifference, and efforts often feel like they go unnoticed or are outright dismissed. The Shannon office is particularly neglected. While the US team enjoys lavish parties, prizes, and fun days (as flaunted on LinkedIn), the Irish office struggles in a rundown building with little to no support from leadership. HR is unresponsive, ignoring emails and providing no meaningful assistance to employees. Leadership’s approach is similarly demoralizing. The VP frequently delivers motivational speeches about aggressive sales targets and the company’s supposed success but fails to acknowledge the contributions of the very employees who generate revenue. To make matters worse, the company’s business practices towards customers raise ethical concerns, with a clear focus on profits over genuine value. In short, this is not a company that values its employees or fosters a healthy working environment. Proceed with caution, especially if considering a role outside of the US headquarters.

Company with no vision

Pros

Colleagues who work away from the Fremont, USA management more collaborative and less stressful to work with.

Cons

1. Lack of support from headquarters, especially for non-family employees. 2. Micromanagement style feels more like being in a classroom under a strict headmaster than in a professional workplace. 3. Outdated management practices, including demanding reports in old formats that are rarely reviewed. 4. Poor communication from the US management team, only one-sided conversation. 5. Excessive margins make it difficult for sales teams to close deals effectively.
