Pros

Free soda and popcorn, other food items available with discount. Free movies of course. Everyone was mostly young, so it was pretty fun working with them. None of the work was particularly difficult and the atmosphere was usually great.

Cons

Managers are hit or miss. Some were nice and professional while others were completely irresponsible. Pay is loooow, which is why I eventually left. Really high turnover. And of course, there are some irate customers you have to deal with like any retail job.

Pros

Free movies and refreshments provided to employees, hours scheduled were flexible, atmosphere was fun and pleasant, plus co-workers had a mindset of teamwork.

Cons

At times management is very disorganized, often new employees were not properly trained or skilled in the position they were hired into, and in general the company suffered poor communication throughout.

Pros

The co-workers are great. Free movies is a great benefit. I had fun dealing with guests. Was a friendly work environment.

Cons

I got hired with seven other people and with the first 30 days which is the probation period the theater hired about 10 more people. The day our probation ended they fired 3 more of us and only kept 2 people who were hired in my group. I was a top stubs sales person and they fired me because I messed up on my first concession shift. I thought I found a job I could have while going to college to make a little cash, everyone at the theater said they liked me, said I was great with costumers but the general manager still thought differently. If you do gt hired still look for other jobs in case your scenario turns out like mine.
