-everything else -customers are rude and refuse to learn the new technologies, this lady told me she would not like a machine take her cash and refused to listen as i explain the machines to her - management changes every 2-3 months, some managers are really good, but we’ve lost some good ones - they tried to talk me out of taking a break during my shifts, most 5+ hours - management treated me like a child - i didn’t feel valued or respected, when i did a good job no one noticed - i got written up all the time for things i’ve done before - i got written up for one day not selling any stubs, i haven’t got written up since - everyone is unmotivated and management picks favorites - they are unclear with all of their procedures -they don’t train you correctly - everyone had a god complex
