Pros

Extremely flexible during the school year. Management is quick about transferring employees to different locations. Ability for advancement.

Cons

Management definitely picks favorites, (so it's only really fun, when you are a favorite). If you are not a favorite you will most likely be ask to do random things like wash the walls in the concession stand and ask to pick up the slack of the "favorites" in order for them to get cut and go home early. You might get terrible sections (if you're a server in the dine in theaters) and then be expected to work later than other employees, though you may have a smaller chance of making any additional tips.

Pros

Great Team of Fun People who make coming to work a joy Flexible Hours Free Movies anywhere you go that has an AMC A lof of fast paced work that will keep you on your feet during peak hours. Great job for a student as the hours you work can be molded to your schedule as long as you keep two weekend dates open.

Cons

Awful Pay for the work that you are doing Low Advancement opportunities in the field and if anything opens up it most likely will go to the person that is least qualified for the position Not always the greatest management due to poor decision making skills on part of the management Weekends are pretty much gone with this job if you love having them.
