Pros
High school job. Free movies and food. Good part time job. Perfect for students. Reasonable hours and fun people to work with. Worked a variety of positions within the theater. Good location. Build experience for high school to allow them to balance school and work. In addition, earn money for college. Respect and fairness was important and emphasis on helping customers.
Cons
Minimum wage. Not suitable for a career. High turnover. Employee morale is not high and people do not feel excited about working at the theater. Communication is lax among management and employees. No benefits. Opportunity to grow is limited.
