      Pros

      It's an easy job and you get to watch free movies with your family and friends.

      Cons

      People are rude. If you are film crew you only get 27 hours max. only make minimum wage.

      Pros

      This is a great first job. I've been there going on four years, and I've been a supervisor the last 2. You learn a lot of the basic job skills you'll take with you for the rest of you career- handling cash, guest services, how to work independently, and especially how to work with a team. It's a lot of fun, and scheduling is pretty flexible, so it's definitely a good job for a student.

      Cons

      Weekends and holidays off are extremely rare, but they do make you aware of that right from your initial interview.

      Friendly environment and staff, flexible working hours for students, room to climb within company, many chances to make contacts, unlimited free movies.

      Cons

      Non-competitive salaries, very little salary increase upon pos. performance review. You get fat from eating a variety of theatre food.
