      Pros

      Good employee benefits like free movies and cheap concessions. Nice location in Danbury. Customers are usually pretty fun and laid back.

      Cons

      Most employees seem miserable. Pay is extremely low with no hope of promotion/moving up. Poor management.

      Good to work at part time or seasonal in high school. Not a career move.

      Cons

      Management is pretty terrible and you have to work there a long time to achieve status.

      Working at AMC was fun, but sometimes long hours and low pay don't make it worthwile.

      Pros

      Flexible Schedule, with free movies are what make this job fun. If you're in high school and are looking for a job, this would probably suit you well. You have some opportunity for advancement, but not much.

      Cons

      Low pay and shoddy upper management are pretty much is the only negative things about this job. When I was there doing projection and concession, be prepared to work to 1-3 in the morning.
