Pros
The best reason for working at AMC is the free movies and having fun with co-workers when on shifts with them.
Cons
The pay rate to workload doesn't make sense, I work a position in the theater that needs to be 40 hours a week but because they are cheap and don't want to give us benefits we only get 28 hours per week. Another con is that management is extremely LAZY and won't come out of the office unless they have to. Plus I just got promoted to my current position with no raise being talked about with me what so ever and my position is extremely demanding.
