      Pros

      Work isn't difficult, generally don't have to work mornings, very easy to get time off, flexible with another job schedule or school schedules.

      Cons

      Hours are very hard to come by, will not get more than 28 hours a week max because the company refuses to give employees health benefits, raises are few and far between (and very small), you have to transfer locations to move up in the company.

      Pros

      The staff is very friendly. The schedule is somewhat flexible - you have to notify them 2 weeks ahead of time. The benefits are somewhat nice: good discounts on food, free movies, free marketing material, ect. There is definitely room for advancement in this company. The management also held friendly competition with rewards to encourage employees to upsell.

      Cons

      This company cheated me out of my paycheck on some occasions. I didn't get paid enough hours as I was supposed to. I worked at one of the busiest locations so on weekends I would be slaved sometimes without no break. Also, they pushed the employees to sell their new membership program way too much as well as concession sales. If not, employees received disciplinary warnings.
