      Pros

      learn a lot about managing and the business... great people to work with... the most rewarding part is the free movies since theyre so expensive.

      Cons

      Very cheap company to work for... raises are hard to come by... Lots of politics within the market to move up really. You have to know the right general manager on the talent board in order to move up where you want to be but sometimes thats even hard. They hire you for the market so they can move you to a diff theatre without any regards to what you want

      Free movies. Flexable hours given with days off if requested

      Cons

      Having to meet an impossible quota of selling amc stubs cards to unwilling customers. No Advancement. Management does not seem to care about the problems we endure

      Pros

      They give a crap about their people (depending on the theater). There is plenty of room to move up in the company if you're good enough. It's a ton of fun. Free movies and free popcorn/soda when you're at work.

      Cons

      Not very good pay (barely make above min wage depending on your location). Sometimes you work really, really long days. Most of the time you have to work holidays. Not very good health benefits.
