      -Great people to work with -Relatively easy work -Non-stressful -Flexible schedule

      -Management won't listen to new ideas -Slow process of moving up in the company -Favorites -Pay is not very competitive

      Old school AMC was awesome...lot's of changes came when ex-CEO from Starbucks took over

      Pros

      It's a lot of fun (sometimes). Free movies, drinks, etc. Manager perks are 401k, health insurance, life insurance. Sometimes, you'll get a great GM to work for.

      Cons

      Varied shifts. Lots of late nights...depending on which theatre you are at, you might be getting off at 2am-5am. No consecutive days off. Really whacked out vacation/absentee accural (1 hour earned per 52 hours worked during your first 3 years as a manager; 1 hour earned per 26 hours worked starting your 4th year).
