No room to grow professionally unless you are willing to relocate. Unless there is another AMC nearby, often that means moving to another city or state for what is usually a minimal pay raise. No decent benefits for most positions, regardless of seniority. Poor communication regarding corporate policies and procedures. Low pay, particularly for the job demands you receive the higher up you are. Occassional lack of job specificity creates ambiguous situations. You must be a sixty second salesmen in any position where cash is handled. This adds stress in a transaction that is supposed to be 15 seconds or less.

Too much emphasis on stub cards. Absolutely awful managers. Too much brown nosing and fear of being fired at any minute. Some of the other employees were great, but the awful ones were the ones who always sucked up.
