Pros

Working at AMC affords you the opportunity to gain many transferrable skills. AMC also gives you the opportunity to develop as a leader and a decision-maker.

Cons

The pay is not indicative of the work that is requested of you. Corporate leaders are not the best at communicating expectations.

Pros

It's a good company to work for if you're a teenager in need of some cash. Otherwise, I wouldn't work here unless you like being paid very little.

Cons

The work's pretty easy but you don't get many hours unless it's a busy movie season. So generally you don't get paid well. Minimum wage, little hours, working with drama loving teenagers, it's definitely not for older people unless they're desperate for a second job.
