Lack of communication with management Management play favorites If terminated, expect an audience When calling amc, can't reach anyone ever

The benefit of watching free movies Flexible schedule to balance personal life and work Weekdays are slow so you basically do nothing at work

Cons

Minimum wage. I've been there 2 years with no raise Manager talks about you behind your back Keep hiring people and employees that's there a long time gets less hours Managers show favoritism

Pros

free movies...hours are ok if you work at a busy theater with a big staff...just ask around for shifts people dont want so you can usually get around 30 hours a week.

Cons

management sucks, over worked sometimes and managers play favorites
