Pros
Not many benefits besides free movies with stipulation and half off food only while you work. The free movies are only available to you and one other person when it used to be for family members as well. They removed this benefit and many large families suffer. I have known people to quit because they changed the policy with no regard. The pros are literally only two benefits and they are with
Cons
There is a lot of cons to this job most which concern common human courtesy. I have had many jobs and to say this is the worst is no joke considering at one I had a job that didn't schedule me the entire month. The guests are the worst I have had to deal with from complaining about being unable to bring their children into the adult theatre to plain cursing me out for simply having them on hold. They often schedule poorly and blame people for not making their shift even if they had school. I worked extremely hard and in fact was one of the only people who knew the policies and how to do certain things correctly. Even with all that I was told I wasn't doing enough and was often instructed to do things outside my job description that I had no idea what to do. The management is rude and cruel and disrespectful towards the employees and often times even in front of guests. I was denied breaks often and even denied to go to the restroom for long periods of time. I was at the point of tears that I would embarrass myself in front of guests with an accident before I was finally allowed. They blame the employees for poor food sales and the many refunds we have to give back instead of looking at themselves and how they treat people. Even trying to give some help and improvement for simple and easily fixed things were ignored when I went to them. It really says something about a company when I am the 8th person to quit in two weeks and the only one decent enough to put in two weeks officially and not curse them out like the others did.
