Pros

They offer a lot of hours, and an okay pay.

Cons

They don’t tell you that you’ll be working 12+ hour days and not accurate job description during hiring process.

Pros

Free movies, employee discounts for travel, shopping, etc. Lots of opportunity to move up at the theatre level. Be prepared to move if you want to keep moving up

Cons

May get transferred to other theatres in the market at supervisor level and higher. Working weekends and holidays.

Pros

Free movies, great people to work with, free AMC stubs card

Cons

Terrible pay, several hours of standing with no breaks, no benefits, overworking with no incentive or motivation, your worth is based on the number of AMC stub cards you sell, disgusting break room, employees are not kept happy, low staff when it’s extremely busy so that they can save payroll, no chance to move up or get raises.
