Pros

The best reasons to work here are because of the enjoyable people. I have worked here for a year now and seen many people leave this job, only to return in a couple of weeks. The management is usually flexible with the scheduling as well. You will work shifts. Good amount of hours. Box office is really easy. Ushering with the right people is fun. Management is genuine and also really fun to work with. Good benefits such as free movies for yourself + 2 others. Free popcorn/free soda. Free premier membership for all employees. 50% off all concession items. ABILITY FOR PROMOTION IS GREAT.

Cons

High turnover rate. Barely above minimum wage for starting pay. To close, you may be there until 2am. Working in concessions can be rough sometimes.

Pros

Fairly flexible with schedule and it is overall a fun place to work. It's a great first job for sure.

Cons

The pay. I've worked for a couple of different theatres and the pay is never great. The only thing that keeps you going is the environment is usually fun.

Pros

+ Full benefits with customizable plans. + Free popcorn and soda on the clock. + Free admission. + Many locations throughout the U.S. + Highly communicative and speedy follow through. + Straightforward interviewing process.

Cons

+ Must be willing to work all holidays, weekends, and nights. + Absolutely no socializing with co-workers. + Brand goes through constant changes -- "Always Making Changes." + Hourly managers are paid chump change. + Compliance and Human Resources are a joke. + Doesn't always send qualified trainers.
