The company updated its "perks" from multiple free movies to one free movie a day and the total amount of the concessions discount order is half of what it started at. The title of a manager is a joke. Most buildings are being operated by managers and supervisors instead of crew. The company will force managers and supervisors to do the work of the crew instead of paying them to do it all to save payroll. You can't have restricted hours to be a manager or supervisor and the company is firing people who have food allergies since they have new concession items that have peanuts and other nuts in them. I had to send crew home with just 4 hours in a week because we "need to save payroll" and then it was up to me to close multiple departments and the rest of the building with only 1 supervisor. Meanwhile, the CEO and general mangers just took a week long "conference" in Arizona but expects the theater teams to basically run the building with no crew and with shorter hours to keep the place clean. But then your expected to pass building inspections without AMC paying for repairs or hours to keep enough employees that CAN clean the buildings.

90% of the employees were children and treated the work place as Highschool, gossiping and bullying other employees including full grown adults. Those children are also very unprofessional and lack work ethic and do bare minimum to get by. Management doesn’t help much either when it comes to conflict with other employees.
