      Pros

      Free movies basically whenever you want, discounts on food, free stubs premium membership.

      Cons

      Not enough hours, never the right amount of staff, either understaffed or over so you often get sent home early.

      Pros

      Great company culture, I worked with some really great people at AMC. It was really easy to find people who would help you out and swap shifts with you when you couldn't make it a certain day.

      Cons

      A lot was asked and expected of us. Namely, I had to act as a server in multiple theaters at once all while making sure I did side work. Also, tips from a movie theater were not the greatest, so some nights as a server I only made state minimum wage.

      Employees are all young Hours aren't the best sometimes Have to work 2 of the 3 weekend days (Fri, Sat, Sun)
