      At AMC the benefits were Free Movies, Great Coworkers which made the job a lot of fun and easy to do.

      Great part-time benefits such as concession perks, free movie viewings with manager approval, sales awards, usually good team morale

      Cons

      long standing hours, breaks are not regulated and are based on busy level, sometimes not enough workers to address demand, sheduling software and website user base is not user friendly, managers may not show up to open facility until 2 minutes before time to clock in, no time to prep or use bathroom before opening in the case you may have to drive far to get there,
