      Great employees. Decent pay. Everyone helps each other when they need it.

      Hmm............I don't think I can come up with any cons. This place is a really great place to work!

      Worst job I've ever had!!

      Pros

      Free unlimited movies, unlimited popcorn and all the sodas you can drink as long as your employed with the company. Film crew are a great bunch of people

      Cons

      Relentless hours, never a weekend off, and you have to work every major holiday. Senior management is full of hypocrites. Always saying they will have a talk with you and never do, being written up for trivial things and they tell people that they will be promoted just to keep them on payroll.

      Pros

      It's a good first job for a lot of high school and college kids. The people are pretty fun to work with as well and most of the managers are pretty easy going.

      Cons

      The biggest down side is that the pay is awful, and so are the hours. No one works more than 30 a week. You make minimum wage. Chances for a raise come around once a year, and you will only get something between 5-15 cents. The other downside is if your state minimum wage is higher than the federal minimum wage, AMC can, and will, pay all minors the federal minimum wage to save a buck.
