Pros

Amerisafe is a great company to work for, and does a lot for their employees. Some of the department managers can be a bit tight with the reins and tough to work for, but overall a very nice company. How many companies do you know have a company chaplain?? Many of their employees have worked their entire careers there so that says a lot. Also financially sound.

Cons

Below average wages company-wide -- could be because they are based in a small town in Louisiana and such wages are the norm for the area.
