Great Mgmt. No Micro Management - A lot of travel - but very enjoyable if you are a road warrior.

Great company that looks not only at the big picture but the individual employee. Texas is a tough market, but AIIC treats its employees fair and with competitive salaries.

Cons

As with all insurance companies, growth is currently limited.
