Pros

Flexible environment which places focus on helping its employees progress and become in integrated part of the company.

Cons

A little old-fashioned, maybe. Communication technology within the company is limited to email, officially. They are not super on-board with the idea of working remote even for shorter periods of time, with the exception of being a healthy person under COVID-19 isolation in their household.

Pros

Most of the time, people were awesome to work with! They are willing to work with whatever personal or family issues that come up. The owner's wife occasionally brings meals and treats for the workers.

Cons

It's not the most organized company. Many times, It's "hurry up and wait".
