Locally good people that want to be successful.
Cons
Upper management not proactive in addressing issues and funding has not been provided over a number of years to make necessary improvements. Limited preventative maintenance is able to be completed due to money constraints, management seems to be ok with breakdowns and employees are not trained properly, resulting in costly mistakes. Company focuses on the short term bottom line to protect their personal bonuses and they continue to communicates to the employees that they have not made a profit in several years.
