      Pros

      The Sunpower, Inc. part of AMETEK where I worked has really good benefits. The leadership team there is very friendly and accommodating.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. It's a great place to work.

      Pros

      The company pays its employees well.

      Cons

      Computer systems and processes very out dated. File cabinets and scanning thru PDF files to find information. Company does not care about its employees only profit. Company will do anything to get product out the door including manipulating prices and origins of products for international products.

      Good benefits, professional environment, stress level not too bad (compared to other companies in the industry)

      Cons

      Management is...under-qualified. Sometimes, experience doesn't tell the whole story (or degrees). Experience and good working habits/mentality, having worked in the same place for years is more valuable than ANYTHING you can bring to the table.
