Great long-term strategic plan with excellent management for driving profit. Excellent company if you are an engineer, and a good career company overall (as companies go these days).
Cons
If you are not an engineer, your career path is more limited. A good business-minded individual without an engineering degree should expect to jump to a new company to get the promotion they deserve.
