      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly and helpful Hand sanitizers and ear plugs are accessible (There are not a lot of pros)

      Cons

      You will be treated like trash Lied to by supervisors Watch people get raises for sucking up while avoiding work at all costs Barely make ends meat while paying union dues while staff finds loopholes so you can have more responsibilities...making minimum wage. Cannot trust no one not even your HR At my workplace my HR is only accessible thru email while she’s in the building. Extreme nepotism

      Solid, stable company - good people!

      Pros

      Really enjoy working at one of AMETEK's manufacturing sites. There is a unique structure of independently running with the comforts/security of a corporate holding company. Solid benefits and a really passionate team. Love my manager and counterparts, leadership team is very passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Decentralized corporate structure can work against you sometimes, it makes it harder to go out and network beyond your immediate reporting line. Can be difficult to make a culture shift with a lot of long-tenured employees.
