      Pros

      Great pay, Fair work/life balance. Great COVID-19 Response. A company that actually backs up the claim that Employees are the greatest resource, and their safety is paramount.

      Cons

      Typical issues of a large company, budget restrictions, some "red tape" to deal with. Overall no major cons however.

      None. There are literally NO pros to working at this dump.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? They screw you over when they can, both the workers and the management. Management has some growing up to do and needs managing skills. Pay is slave wage. Raises are even more of a joke. HR is almost non existing. The guy who does the hiring writes down sexual references to any attractive women who go in for an interview. 3 hours of paid vacation time each month IF you have perfect attendance. Insurance is absolute trash.
