      Pros

      Fast paced, growth oriented corporation. Expect to have mid teens profitability growth every year either organically or through acquisitions. Resources are always tight at the BU level. Corporate level jobs are less stressful. Recognition and rewards for high performing individuals.

      Pay seems to be on the lower end of similarly sized companies.
