The engineering appeal for me is the cutting edge science in optics, plasma physics, and glass materials along with the diagnostics to analyze results. Production with an eye to the future.

Cons

New to Ametek so my perspective on disadvantages is limited, the benefits package paperwork was a bit overwhelming at first, although that is probably true wherever you work, and the benefits are a definite advantage.
