      Pros

      At Ametek there is a great culture and very friendly easy going atmosphere. The employees and management team are all very helpful and want to see every member of the team succeed and grow. Ametek has a good benefit plan and holidays off which has been a huge bonus.

      Cons

      There has not been any cons of working at Ametek other then the deer that pop out on the commute in.

      I have been employed with AMETEK for 2 months and have had an extremely positive experience thus far. My direct team has been supportive, informative and more than open with collaborating with me. The company itself has given me great work life balance and flexibility to Productively do my job.
