      Willing to work with your schedule.

      Cons

      Nothing is consistent besides the overtime. Usually a lot of misguided information from supervisors to operators. Work is very repetitive and they will push you to always get out more than what’s required with no compensation.

      1. Good employees. Very driven to work and achieve goals. 2. Technology used is very unique and keeps everyone on their toes 3. Many locations, so lots of opportunity for growth and movement 4. Global Operations around the world

      1. Not many employees per business unit. 2. Company has many older employees. Needs to branch to bring young talent 3. Gets too caught up with acquisitions, and needs to focus on other pillars
