      Pros

      Management is great. Always will to help out wherever needed. Kind and supportive. Great benefits all the way around with plenty of options.

      Cons

      I have worked for Vision Research for a little over four months now and have yet to find anything negative.

      Pros

      Work atmosphere is very good. People are very good. Jobs are all fairly easy and your trained fairly well for all positions

      Cons

      The raises are not good, and there is no room to advancement. There are very few areas where you can go and learn other jobs let alone climb there "levels" to earn higher salary

      Great Hiring Experience Overall

      Pros

      Overall, the hiring experience with Ametek was great. The HR department was extremely helpful during the entire process. They were available to answer my questions and provide details pertaining to the hiring process and job I was applying for. Really supportive.

      Cons

      The background check, though necessary seemed to be a little more tedious than that of previous employers. It took longer and the company required more documentation than I have provided in the past. Overall, not a bad experience.
