Little to no training for new hires, procedures and work instructions are poorly written and a lot of times are missing information necessary to complete your job. Lots of drama stemming from certain coworkers, some days you feel like you're on the playground in elementary school instead of being at work. Managers and supervisors, with the exception of one individual, are inexperienced and too immature to handle the position and the workers they have below them. Because of this, the negativity created trickles down to the workers creating bad attitudes and morale. Yearly "standard of living" raises are hardly standard. They usually range from 1-3% percent which turns out to be crumbs. A lot of employees work a part time job or rely on overtime to make it by.
