      Pros

      Unlimited over time in the field.

      Cons

      That overtime is mandated and expected even weekends. Weekends must be kept open or ask for weekend off and get approved even if you are not scheduled for the weekend and there is no compensation for the weekend, ... in short you belong to the company. Paid $10.00 an hour less than the people at the job site while they watch you repair they're equipment ... yet AMETEK is known for the high rates they charge for service.

      1. Good employees. Very driven to work and achieve goals. 2. Technology used is very unique and keeps everyone on their toes 3. Many locations, so lots of opportunity for growth and movement 4. Global Operations around the world

      Cons

      1. Not many employees per business unit. 2. Company has many older employees. Needs to branch to bring young talent 3. Gets too caught up with acquisitions, and needs to focus on other pillars
