Overtime whenever you want to work, parking lot, benefits if they keep you

Cons

Everything else is bad in company. Managers don’t help and you mess up, they hold you accountable but won’t say anything to you next thing you know they “have to let you go”

Horrible management/incompetent leadership Toxic work environment High turnover Equipment is outdated and poorly engineered Pretty much your basic small town corporate manufacturing job.
