      Pros

      - Overtime informally unlimited - flexible start time - Managers are supportive and value employees

      Cons

      - Low raises on promotion (<10%), and only a yearly merit increase (<4%) - upper management out of touch with production and it shows in their decision making -unprofessional workplace conversations normalized.

      Pros

      Large building, plenty of places to eat on break.

      Cons

      Ametek is an acquisitions company; they buy old companies and destroy them. Used to have holiday parties, company picnics; not any more since Ametek took over the company. Health care changed, costs keep going up. PTO reduced. Staffing levels are a fragment of what they used to be yet, the workload has doubled; Management is new and history is not shared so we are made out to look like we are lazy and not trying when reality is there is not enough people remaining to do the original work and now there is more since Ametek closed the other business units.
