Remote management that don’t understand what is going on in the department. This site operated without a Site leader or an on site department leader for years. The departments acted as their own little silos, and further remote management didn’t see the challenges and bonuses of the locations. Programs were mismanaged, departments didn’t want to work together, and corporate managers fostered this leading to poor morale and loss of good employees. Just prior to my leaving, a site leader was finally appointed, so I hope they are able to get some direction. But a negative culture has been in place for long enough that it will take work.

Terrible supervisor, Harasses employees and tries to intimidate them. While pleading for you to work more and more overtime while being short staffed. Egotistical and never likes to admit when he's wrong other then in front of a higher up. Little room to grow in production
