Good pay but excessive workloads and poor management

Good wages so dont have to worry about bills etc

Cons

Over worked excessive work loads, so called managers claim to micro manage but dont have a clue how to help employees, they claim to be all about helping employees but they always have an ulterior motive so that it benefits them, they claim to be making new products but they never happen, the whole company appears to be built on lies

Flexible working hours, possibility to influence the process, good support from peers and managers

Cons

HR is unprofessional and micromanages employees, damaging the relationship between direct managers and employees. Not following company policy spreads the wrong work feedback. Higher management is most likely unaware of that or closes its eyes to it.
