Pros

It's small so work load isn't horrible

Cons

Pay is only good for new employees. They don't care about compensating the ones that have stuck it out here regardless of all the bad we've dealt with. They'll take hear say over your word even when you've never gotten in trouble before, so watch yourself and your license since all the admin are friends. If you're not in their "group" you're jobs not safe.
