      Current director, peers, working with other providers outside agency, we have better insurance this year

      Cons

      no raises, they do little to boost moral-no Christmas appreciation like a small gift, bonuses, a lot of turn over. Lack of communication. Lack of training and clinical supervision for front line staff

      Wish I could think of something but can't.

      1. Management doesn't have a clue what is going on. 2. Management doesn't respect each other let alone you. 3. You will be treated like you're an idiot that doesn't know anything. 4. Workload is way to big. 5. Don't pay anything and you won't ever get a raise. 6. Benefits are horrible.
