      Always have opportunity for hours, documentation skills

      Pay is very low for the expectations and responsibilities required, Communication with contractor is very poor, put in conflicting situations, work long days at times.

      Current director, peers, working with other providers outside agency, we have better insurance this year

      Cons

      no raises, they do little to boost moral-no Christmas appreciation like a small gift, bonuses, a lot of turn over. Lack of communication. Lack of training and clinical supervision for front line staff
