      Pros

      AMI Network is a great place to grow in your career and take on exciting challenges. Very supportive leaders who invest in your professional growth, a unique team culture, and a company where your voice matters.

      Cons

      No major cons - every job has its challenges but the great thing about AMI Network is that you have the support you need to face challenges head-on, come up with creative solutions, and become a better recruiter every day.

      Great Company. Like a family

      Pros

      Collaborative environment. Work trips quarterly with team. Remote since Covid but remains connected through Teams. People are wonderful. Management is strong and supportive. Lots of back end support for recruiters. Company is scaling with a project side as well to hedge. Strong business model for the future.

      Cons

      A lot expected from recruiters. Balance several job orders. Must be a strong multi tasker and organized.

It’s been a challenge to maintain a close-knit, collaborative environment since going fully remote, and we’re happy to hear that our efforts are paying off. The “cons” aren’t wrong either. We have high (but achievable) expectations for our team. It takes a special something and the right ingredients of “secret sauce” to be a recruiter here at AMI.

      Amazing place to work!

      Pros

      Throughout the interview process I kept thinking to myself "this all sounds too good to be true", but working at AMI really is as great as it sounds! The team is made up of some of the nicest and most intelligent people you could imagine (not to mention hilarious), who have made me feel at home from the very first day. Daniel and Greg are an amazing leadership team who sincerely care about the personal and professional growth of their employees, and they check-in to make sure we all are getting what we need. Seriously, I don't think I could imagine better bosses than them. The transition to going fully remote due to Covid was seamless, and as an employee I feel as if I've been kept "in the loop" with everything going on, and I feel secure in knowing my job is safe.
